Corporate Tax Manager for High-Profile Clients – Limerick

Verde Search is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a prestigious tax advisory firm based in Limerick.

As Tax Manager you will manage some of the most interesting and high-profile clients in the corporate market.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, and to tailor your work to your interests and experience in both compliance and advisory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-profile corporate clients, providing tax advice on a range of tax advisory issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of corporate tax returns.
• Provide expert tax advice to clients on a range of issues, including corporate restructuring, M&A, and international tax planning.
• Work closely with colleagues across different departments to provide seamless service to clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A qualified tax professional (CTA or equivalent) with proven experience as a corporate tax professional / Assistant Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax legislation and regulations, and experience in providing tax advice on complex issues.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A passion for delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
