                       We are looking for a senior accountant/supervisor. The person would need to have extensive experience of the irish/local environment. Would need good all round practice knowledge and ideally English should be his/her first language.

Main duties would include. (or at least cover some of them)

1. Review accounts prepared by staff and discuss the main points with the partner
2. Attend/Lead client meetings for accounts
3. Review final packs to ensure files are correct and to ensure Docs for signing are correct
4. Assist junior staff with queries
5. Focus on improving timeliness in the work schedule, and help bridge the gap between starting and finishing work.
6. Look for more innovative solutions in how we do things. Help push change in technology.
7. Work closely with partners and undertake any work they can pass down

For the role below, we probably want 5  to 6 years experience. That said, we may have to compromise somewhat due to the general lack of availability.

While this chap is looking for more accts/general practice experience, we need someone who can kick on fairly quickly rather than someone who will need time/training.
