Corporate Finance Manager – Central Dublin

• Verde Search is in partnership with a specialist Corporate Finance firm seeking a confident and thorough Corporate Finance Manager for their south-central Dublin office.
• The role has been created (through organic growth) in a specialist fast-track Corporate Finance firm, to appoint an exceptional Corporate Finance Manager for their Dublin and All-Ireland based practice. 
• You will work closely with the Corporate Finance Partner on all projects
• You will join a small but high performing Corporate Finance division, collaborating on some of the most satisfying investment projects in Ireland. 

Role

• This will be a highly entrepreneurial, unstructured business environment, with no two weeks being the same.
• You will develop your client relation skills by collaborating closely with clients and leading professions surrounding your work. 
• You will have considerable experience and proven success of rolling out proven Corporate Finance methodologies
• This is an exceptional role that provides significant exposure to clients so you can develop long-term business relationships. 

Person

In order to advance with this opportunity, you will need to be:

• Ideally ACA / ACCA / CTA or CFA qualified (ideally with first time passes)
• Irish Big 4 / Top 10 corporate finance experience would be an advantage
• Proven experience of managing corporate finance projects from start to completion 
• Confident in your technical ability with the gravitas to persuade and influence
• M&A Tax knowledge would be seen as advantageous
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and provide excellent service

Salary & Benefits

• Guide salary circa €65,000 - €80,000+ (this is negotiable and based on experience)
