- Through organic growth, a new Tax Director is sought for a specialist / boutique 2 partner practice, based in Central Dublin.

- This Tax Director position, working with the Partners on a weekly basis, will focus on a balanced spread across tax advisory matters on SME's through to multi-national firms based in Dublin. 

- As Tax Director, you will be the key point of contact with clients at a senior level, cascading responsibilities to your Tax team

- You will have desire to develop the client portfolio with new clients, working closely with Partners on strategy.

- This is a role that put you as the Tax Expert in the business and the opportunity to become Partner when appropriate. 

Requirements

• CTA Qualified with significant Managerial experience in a Tax environment
• Ideally ACA / ACCA Qualified would be advantageous
• Confident with Corporation Tax and Personal Tax is preferable
• Proven ability to bring through solutions to complex tax matters
• Ability to lead and develop the Tax team
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence at boardroom level

Salary & Benefits

• Salary circa €90,000 - €105,000 base salary, based on experience
